Employers seek candidates with elevated personal integrity, as they are more likely to invest in their development and positively influence organizational activities, while also being entrusted to fulfill the organization's mission. Ultimately, academic integrity offers students reassurance, self-satisfaction, and confidence in their work, while persistent adherence to their principles may alleviate personal stress and promote health and productivity (Tatum and Schwartz 2017).

I have realized that throughout the study of this topic, these features are often not addressed in depth, making them a taboo issue. Moreover, pupils are under heightened pressure to excel, leading to information overload (Chankova 2020).

The skills I have acquired throughout this academic year contribute to my success at the University, necessitating the cultivation of a growth mindset and the development of essential academic competencies. I discovered that success is contingent upon hard effort and dedication, which led me to cultivate a growth mindset. Additionally, I acquired practical skills in effective reading, research, writing, help-seeking, and studying. By integrating these talents, I developed a proactive strategy to address the many challenges posed by university life (Holden, Kuhlmeier and Norris 2020).
In focusing on game creation, I realized that I subconsciously acquired some talents that have aided me throughout my school year. Through an enhanced understanding of academic integrity, I gained a profound awareness of the essential principles of teaching, learning, and research at the University, establishing a foundation for producing high-quality work and materials. I also acquired knowledge on the continuous development of intricate strategic networks and associated responsibilities within educational communities (Sheard et al. 2017).
I acknowledged that my University is dedicated to implementing educational strategies that promote academic integrity by comprehending and addressing the needs of students in displaying and developing academic talents. Games focused on academic integrity exemplify how an alternative way might facilitate comprehension of stringent notions primarily composed of laws and regulations. Acquiring these abilities gave me the liberty to cultivate new information, concepts, and creative endeavors while recognizing and valuing the contributions of others (Nelson et al. 2017).
This exercise highlighted the significance of personal morals and values, which represent one's character and believability. Maintaining academic integrity is crucial in any educational setting, particularly when obtaining a degree that would represent one's academic achievements. I acknowledged that honesty allows for the attainment of an educational degree by honest and equitable means, supplemented by additional hours dedicated to completing assignments and studying.
